VIP Memberships Terms & Conditions

Membership Benefits
By subscribing to the VIP Membership, you agree to receive the benefits outlined in the membership description for each type of membership, including coaching sessions, diagnostics sessions, action plans, online courses, discounts, resources, and priority access.

Scheduling Sessions
All coaching, diagnostics, and networking sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability. Sessions will be scheduled based on mutual agreement between the member and DS Consulting Club.

Customized Services
To provide personalized services, members are required to provide input and feedback to help tailor coaching sessions, diagnostics, and action plans to their specific needs and goals.

Payment and Renewal
Membership fees are payable on a monthly or yearly basis. Yearly memberships are discounted from monthly membership fees and will be paid once yearly. Membership will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the member.

Cancellation and Refunds
Members may cancel their subscription at any time. To cancel, members must notify DS Consulting Club by email or through the cancellation procedure outlined on their customer portal shared with them after subscribing. Refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods. Payment cancellations are activated after the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annually as per membership).

Non-Transferable
VIP Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the subscribing member.

Code of Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner during all interactions with DS Consulting Club staff and fellow members.

Changes & Cancellations by DS Consulting Club
- Changes to Membership: DS Consulting Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate membership benefits, pricing, or terms and conditions at any time with advance notice to members.
- Cancellation by DS Consulting Club: DS Consulting Club reserves the right to cancel a membership if a member breaches the terms and conditions or engages in conduct deemed detrimental to the club's reputation or interests.

Confidentiality
All information shared during coaching, diagnostics, and networking sessions will be kept confidential by DS Consulting Club and its staff and as per DS Conculting Club Privacy & Confidentiality Policies, except where required by law.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Dubai, UAE, and any disputes arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
